I have recently launched a new fitness website that uses my entries from Strava activities for both cycling and treadmill runs. This website is designed to populate each activity into its own detailed dashboard by utilizing the Strava API.
These dashboards are incredibly useful because they provide a comprehensive overview of my past cycling and running activities. This functionality significantly aids in setting fitness goals and tracking my progress over time. By having all my data organized and easily accessible, I can better analyze my performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that I stay motivated and on track with my fitness journey.
