Gearing up to start competing again in taekwondo and having the focus back on wanting to become a better martial artist. I stumbled across this photo from a few years of back me competing in a tournament, and really reminded of what my strengths are mobility, fitness and leg dexterity just an overall reminder of the importance of not trying to spend huge amounts of time trying to fill the gaps or holes in my game, but to focus on what my strengths are.
I really like this photo certainly a blog post for me to look back on in the future, and draw inspiration from.
